  • Overview

Sybase iAnywhere proudly presents a "for developers, by developers" Webcast led by Mark Botticelli, VP of Engineering, Trimble Mobile Solutions, Handheld Solutions Group and Chris Kleisath, Sr. Director of Engineering at iAnywhere. The session provides details and lessons learned from Trimble's development of a mobile database synchronization solution for field and mobile workers for retail and direct-to-store (DSD) organizations. The application, used by leading DSD organizations with thousands of mobile field workers, was designed to synchronize data and changes to database schemas between handheld devices and a central database. Trimble Handheld Soutions Group, led by Botticelli, who used SQL Anywhere's database and synchronization technologies, will offer valuable advice from years of hands-on experience.

The webcast will include a question and answer session. In addition, technical staff will be on hand to answer online chat questions throughout the presentation.
