2001 Jolt & Productivity Award Winners

In each of the six categories, we present one Jolt Award and three Productivity Awards. The categories are Books, Design Tools and Processes, Libraries, Components and Frameworks, Languages and Development Environments, Utilities , and Web Sites and Developer Networks. The Jolt winner was selected as the product that most jolted the industry during the 2001 calendar year. The Productivity Award winners also deserve recognition for having a significant impact in software development. Also presented was the Software Development Hall of Fame Award, a crystal ice bucket filled with Jolt Cola.
