Jolt Awards - 2000 Winners

In each of the six categories, we present one Jolt Award and three Productivity Awards. The categories are Books and Computer-Based Training, Design and Management Tools, Libraries, Frameworks and Components, Languages and Development Environments, Utilities and Deployment Tools, and Special/Other. The Jolt winner was selected as the product that most jolted the industry during the 2000 calendar year. The Productivity Award winners also deserve recognition for having a significant impact in software development. Also presented was the Software Development Hall of Fame Award, a crystal ice bucket filled with Jolt Cola.
