PowerShell Will Ship in Longhorn

At last week's Microsoft Management Summit, the Windows PowerShell team announced that PowerShell will be included in the upcoming "Longhorn" Windows Server.

Microsoft's Jeffrey Snover also gave a tutorial at the Summit on Advanced PowerShell Scripting. He has posted the slides and example code on the team blog. Also at last week's Summit, Quest Software released a set of free PowerShell CMDLETs for managing Active Directory. Quest also announced the 1.04 release of PowerGUI - an MMC-style UI console for managing console for managing systems using Windows PowerShell.
