Linux on Windows on Macs?

Apple recently unveiled the public beta of Boot Camp, a set of tools for booting Windows XP on OS X-based Macs. Not to be virtually outdone, Microsoft announced at LinuxWorld that it will support Linux virtual machines on Virtual Server 2005 R2. I'm not sure of the practical business applications of either of these announcements, but they should keep inquisitive sys admins busy for the next several weekends.
