Brace Yourself: This Ain't Gonna be Pretty

One of the hardest things we ever have to do is take a good, hard look at our foul-ups. It takes a real measure of intellectual honesty to uncompromisingly examine what you did wrong on that last project, and learn from those mistakes. But learn from them we must, if we are ever to write better and more reliable software. Ed Nisley takes a look at some very public screw-ups from NASA in his article "Failure Analysis."
