Analytical Frameworks

An analytical framework is essentially a table which helps you analyse things , often times by means of comparison.

In his paper Applying an Analytical Framework, Benjamin Lieberman applies such frameworks to the and software reuse techniques and tools.

According to Dr. Lieberman:

Modeling complex software and business systems can be a challenging task. Standard design and analysis patterns are helpful but don't usually show you how to apply techniques or demonstrate working examples that are similar to the problem at hand. The paper is worth spending some time reading and thinking about.
