Opening Words

Hello, my name is Arnon Rotem-Gal-Oz and I am a software architect (I guess now it is your turn to chime in with "we love you Arnon" but I digress). Jon Erickson offered me the opportunity to write your daily blog on Architecture & Design -- and apparently I agreed, so here we are.

Software Architecture is a good subject to explore. On one hand, everybody is talking about it, and on the other hardly anyone really understands what it is. This is very good for me, as I can write just about anything related to software and claim it falls under the software architecture umbrella. Expect to see here my musings on software architecture and software design in general, links and commentary on what others have to say, and architecture related news. As we are nearing the end of this "Hello World" post I'll just add that I hope you would find this blog interesting and that I'd be happy to hear any comments you may have on any of my posts.

P.S.

If you are wondering who the hell is this guy -- you can take a look at my bio here.
